2021.12.06 21:09 Somebuckets0 I think my girlfriend is a narcissist..
M21 F21(This is my first ever relationship, we dated out our last year in high school) I’m currently in a 4 year relationship with my girlfriend and over time her personality behind doors became more sour, she treats me like She’s my mother, it’s always one sided and when I address issues she breaks down and doesn’t want to talk about them, if it’s not what she thinks or what she wants to hear she doesn’t care, over the last few months I came to the fact that we will break up and I don’t know when but I’m cool with it , there’s times where I bring it up to talk about it and to see what she thinks and she blows up on me, she says she’s right and doesn’t want to hear what I have to say, She wants to move cross country and I don’t , she’s taking our pets from me (I feed them and care for them 100% of the time) She wants me to just do what I’m told, what do you guys think?

I work 13 hours a day, and need quick and easy meals. They don't have to be home cooked. My oven doesn't work, but I have an air fryer, microwave. I have no allergies. I have no idea how to shop for myself, but I have basic knowledge of the kitchen. Please help!

2021.12.06 21:09 redditwithafork Migrating company from managed/hosted to 3CX self admin hosted.. stuck at planning phase!
I'm getting ready to start planning the actual migration, and it dawned on me.. I have NO idea how to proceed without
a) potentially doing a bunch of work that might just need to be "re"done later.
b) disrupting the existing phone system by porting in all the lines, in order to set everything up and test it.
I guess I'm asking can I set up and configure the entire new system on 3CX without porting in any of the main phone numbers and DID's first?
If so, how would I go about setting up all the extensions, hunt groups, auto-attendants, call centers, etc, without having them be assigned their actual phone numbers?
Is there a way to do a mass "insert/replace" once the new system is set up and tested, and it's time to change everything from their new/temporary numbers that I assigned during setup to their actual numbers that I'll be porting in from our current provider?
I haven't been able to find very much documentation that talks about this particular concern, everything I'm finding in regards to "migrating" talks about going from one hosted product to another, otherwise they're very vague and include steps like, "develop a migration plan, and stick to it" Me: Well, no shit! But HOW can I make a plan when I don't even know how I'm going to migrate in the first place? LOL
This wouldn't be an issue if I were setting up a completely new system that mirrors the current setup as far as functionality goes, but the issue I'm stuck on is how to set up the new system so that it has all the same functionality AND the same phone numbers (DID's, hunt groups, etc).
Maybe I'm just missing something simple here.. any advise would be appreciated!

2021.12.06 21:09 MyWayUntillPayDay LPT: How to conduct the job interview process in a way that gets you the best deal.
People been asking 'Should I leave my job?', 'Can I make more elsewhere?' And so on. The best way to know is to interview with other places - find out what else is out there. This is assuming you have already explored this at your current employer, and found that what you got is all you get. Now this is a fixed known thing. The benchmark. Now you need to get other offers and compare these. Here is how.
The general process for hiring is: the employer needs to know you can do the work. Then you need to know they do not suck. Then you both agree on terms. With this in mind, try this:
Step 1: Prepare a resume that makes it blindingly obvious you can do the work. Document it well. Page limits be damned. My resume is 3 pages, my cover letter 2. I personally have a YouTube Playlist of me doing the work in my cover letter - odd technical stuff that is hard to do. I make these vids for coworker assistance, but also use them for interviews. I also list gobs of independent certifications that the industry respects. Make it stupid easy for the employer to know you can do this. There are also tips for putting keywords in the resume and so on.... all great. Also there are times when automated processes common in your industry that makes some of this inapplicable. All aright, know your industry and what will work. This step settles the first part of the interview process - the employer knows you can do this before you arrive. I will even say on my letter 'you need to know I can do the job. This is to show you I can'. Subtle as a 5lb sledge.
Step 2: Apply at 10 + places, and put off the interview appointments for 2 weeks or more. As that weeks winds by, you will likely get calls from many places. Fill up your calendar with interviews. If you are not full, and you got time, apply for more jobs. Make sure you have as many as you can handle. The more interviews the better. The market is SUPER TIGHT right now - people WILL call you for an interview. Set their appointments for the same day (logistics allowing) as your first job interview. (I have had 8 interviews in 2 days, or 6 interviews in a week. It all depends on how well you can get around. DO NOT BE LATE!!)
When you do the phone thing to set up interviews, be SURE to ask for the benefits package you would get when you are hired. And be SURE to ask for the costs to you for this. This is so you can review it before you visit them - and be sure to ask for the monthly premiums cost with the bennies. Got great bennies and it costs 1200/mo....? Not really benefits. All part of the overall package. Be upfront and tell them what you are doing and why. It puts them on notice that you are serious. Also, realistically, I will say 'If I say yes, start with you, and then find your insurance breaks my wallet, I will not stay. Nobody wins. It is best for both of us to be upfront about this.' They respect that.
STEP 3: 2 weeks have gone by, you took some vacation to free up your day, and you are interviewing. As you interview, do the standard dance as you normally would. My hobbies are, my goals are, whatever they want to know. This is all to reinforce that, for them, they need to know you can do thus. Be absolutely CERTAIN that you can. They only have 1 person to ask - you - and they will be as uncertain as you are..... do not allow them any uncertainty.
Then move to the next part - Do you WANT to work there. Ask pointed questions about whatever you need. (Be sure to KNOW what you need) work life balance, pay, benefits, work from home, and so on. This is the second part, you knowing if you want to work there. This is part of why you put off the interviews for 2 weeks. So you can chew on it and KNOW.
Until now I have not mentioned to any employers that there are other companies I am interviewing with at any time.
STEP 4: Now that we all like each other, we need to talk pay. When it comes to pay, I will tell each employer 'I have 4 more interviews today.... so how much are you offering?' TMake them bid against each other. I NEVER accept an offer on the spot. I tell them 'I will finish my interviews and let you know on X day which one I am choosing. If you have anything else to add feel free to call me until then'.
I have done this the last 3 or 4 job changes and it works great. I usually have a relatively easy choice at the end of the process, and no uncertainty 'oh, I wonder if this is the best deal?' I also OFTEN have several employers tell me 'we really liked your interview, and are sorry to see you went with another company. Please call us if it does not work out so we can work together in the future'. No hard feelings.
Make them bid to get you. The market is super tight right now. This was working for me in 2009, 2010, during the great recession. It will work MUCH better now.

2021.12.06 21:09 frenchy3643 LF: A nice person FT: My eternal gratitude
Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I've been here but I messed up today. I decided to start Shining Pearl to be able to swap a Chimchar to my Brilliant Diamond (main) pokémon journey because I have 2 Switch consoles and me, being dumb, accidentally started them on the same profile and therefore I cannot trade with myself. If someone could be ever so kind to be the middle person for this swap I would appreciate it greatly. Essentially, I would trade my Chimchar to you as my Shining Pearl Switch, leave the code room, and hop in the code room with my other Brilliant Diamond Switch. I have both up and running so it can be quick. Thank you!

The story is about high school girls playing golf together and the first PV is here
